Monica Heafey Psychology provides individual therapy sessions in person at the Balmain clinic, and via telehealth. Monica provides support and treatment to clients with a range of presentations including:

Sessions are of 50 or 90 minutes duration, depending on the treatment approach. We will discuss this at your first session.
Consulting
Monica Heafey Psychology provides expert consultation to police and first response organisations looking to reduce the burden of psychological injury and improve programs and processes to support their staff. She offers clinical experience from first-hand treatment with a range of first responders and veterans, and is passionate about progressing the prevention and early intervention policies within organisations. Monica is open to project work and one-off consultation with police and first response organisations.
